Bristol Urban Maintenance: At Your Service

As winter in the Pacific Northwest and our Portland family of renters get more active, we wanted to share some helpful tips on apartment maintenance.  Spring thaws can sometimes reveal maintenance needs. Many of our beloved buildings are home to some beautiful vintage apartments. While we do our absolute best working with local partners to maintain the beauty and health of these historic buildings, age is a factor in function at times.  When something comes up that needs fixing, our maintenance team is at your service Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM! Just hop onto the tenant portal or follow these instructions. For immediate safety situations first dial 911. Our team takes pride in addressing each request in a thorough and timely manner, that being said, we do prioritize emergency maintenance requests first!  Those include:  -Broken Pipes -Floods -No Heat -Fires -Smell of gas Sometimes a delay may occur if further investigation is required, a special part is needed or we must call in a contract partner to complete the work. If a maintenance technician needs to do work at your apartment home, they will reach out to schedule the work with you. Once they have completed the work, you will receive an outline of what was completed either as a work order or door hanger.  We appreciate the care and attention our Bristol family of residents show our buildings, it’s what has helped keep them this beautiful for so long!
