We have a strongly vested interest in the long term condition of our buildings. We have taken extreme care in appointing each individual apartment with finishes that are aesthetically appropriate considering the era in which the properties were originally constructed. We’ve owned, renovated and managed distinctive, vintage apartments since 1990.

Our properties are all located in urban, bike friendly neighborhoods that feature an assortment of restaurants, coffee shops, markets, etc. and are a short bicycle ride to the heart of downtown.

We offer 12 month leases or 6 month leases with additional terms. At the end of the lease term, you have the option of continuing your residency with a month to month tenancy or signing a new lease for another 6 or 12 months. In the unfortunate event you need to vacate prior to the end of your lease, we offer the flexibility of a Lease Buy Out option.

We love pets at Bristol Urban Apartments. In fact, most of our employees have a furry friend or two at home. All of our properties welcome cats and many allow dogs too. There is No Pet Rent! Assistance animals are always welcome. See some of our residents with their furry friends on our social media pages!

Don’t worry about having to find your checkbook or a stamp to mail in your rent. Pay your rent online through your tenant portal and don’t worry about whether the mail was delivered on time. There is a fee to use this service for card payments, but you can always use your bank’s online bill pay system or e-checks and avoid this fee.

EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE STAFF

Our maintenance technicians are talented, friendly and highly skilled at repairing and maintaining vintage apartments. We also have a list of qualified vendors who service our properties. Your repair requests are handled in a timely manner; most of them are addressed within 48 business hours of being received by Bristol Urban Apartments. You have a busy life so don’t worry about mowing the lawn or whether the gutters need cleaning. We’ll take care of that!
