Oregon Wildfire Updates

As Oregon’s wildfires continue to burn, we are listening to what local organizations and officials are advising to stay up-to-date on the conditions in the area. 
We know this year has been incredibly difficult for our community and we are heartbroken at yet another disaster. Below are details of what we know and additional information that may be useful to you in the event an evacuation does occur. 

Helpful information: 
  • Ensure you are signed up to receive phone alerts from the county’s emergency management system, here
  • Monitor the Office of Emergency Management’s Oregon Fire map, here
  • Monitor the Oregon Air Quality Index, here
  • The City of Portland is opening evacuation shelters, please call 211 for a complete list
  • Learn more about evacuation planning at the county’s website, here
  • First evacuation shelter: Oregon Convention Center, 777 N.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Portland, OR 97232. Note: The Oregon Red Cross will operate the shelter.
