Giving Notice to Vacate: Oregon requires that residents give a 30 day written notice when they are preparing to move out of an apartment. If you are planning to move out, you can simply submit your notice to your onsite manage or directly to Bristol Urban Apartments on a plain piece of paper. Include your name, address and apartment number, your contact information, date of your notice and the date you plan to vacate the apartment. Be sure to sign your notice. The notice is considered received on the day it is mailed, faxed or the day it is given to the manager or staff at Bristol’s office. If you are currently in a lease and plan to leave prior to the end of the lease, please contact the Bristol office to discuss your options.
