Glass Half Full!!

We all know Portland is hitting a huge Rental Crisis. Rents, Landlord/Tenant Laws, Fair Housing…It’s all changing drastically. We all see the changes emerging and we are all affected. You can either look at the glass half empty or the glass half full. We are trying to embrace these changes and are looking at the glass half full !!

It was nice for us, Bristol Urban, to receive this email from a current tenant who received their yearly rental increase…
