Wow!  59% of Bristol Urban Apartment Residents have signed up for their Tenant Portal.  54% of those residents are taking advantage of the convenience of paying rent online! They are also able to submit work order requests online, view their balance AND now they are able to review their entire ledger to see their payment history.

Did you know that online payments are free of charge if you pay by ACH (that is using your check’s routing and account number)?  Debit and credit card payments are also accepted with a fee.  You can also set up automatic payments so you don’t have to worry about getting your rent in on time by the 5th of the month.
