The Metropolitan sits in stately elegance on the corner of NW 21st Avenue and Everett Street. The arched entry is handsomely flanked by carved columns and features original floor tile as well as updated wall tile. The feature lights gracing the roofline further enhance the art deco style of the building. Built in the 1930s, from the sweeping lobby to the quaint courtyard it retains the impressive refinement of its era.

Step into each apartment and find a well-laid floor plan, open and rich with detail. Bright light from the large casement windows shine upon well finished hardwood floors. Unique faux fireplaces create an interesting feature in many of the large living rooms. Deep closets and built in armoires leave plenty of space for storage.
