 Moving Out? 


Bristol Urban requires a 30-day written notice to vacate with the signature of the resident(s) vacating. 


The signed notice to vacate can be turned in to the property manager at your building or to the main Bristol office located at 2078 NW Everett Street. 


Upon receipt of the notice to vacate, the Bristol office will provide information to get you ready to move and your property manager will be in touch to schedule a pre-move out walk and a final move out walk. 


If not everyone is vacating the apartment, check with your property manager on how to remove those who are vacating from the lease.

Interested In Transferring To Another Bristol Apartment? 


Bristol provides residents the ability to transfer to another apartment within their same building or to a different Bristol building. 

  • Eligible to transfer after 90 days in current apartment
  • All residents transferring must submit a new application
  • Must give 30-day notice to vacate current apartment
  • Transferring residents will receive 3 free days between apartments to move without overlapping rent costs
  • Connect with your current property manager to inform them of your intent to transfer 
  • Transferring residents are not eligible for move-in specials on new apartment
