The Santa Rita Apartments is an outstanding example of Moorish influenced Spanish style architecture in Portland. Built in 1925, tile details on the roofs and the porches overlooking NE Irving establish the uniqueness of this building. It is a charming courtyard setting atop a lofty overlook that surveys the neighborhood. Santa Rita offers eight generously appointed apartments the majority of which are 1 bedroom.
